About the Position:
Steamboat Lounge & Forage is looking for an experienced server who will also fulfill hostess and bartending duties while serving in Steamboat Lounge opening Spring, 2024. Reporting to the Lounge Manager, a genuine passion for hospitality and the delivery of an elevated guest experience is forefront to the role in this position. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, welcoming and seating guests, monitoring the online reservations system, serving tables, and working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure familiarity with all menu items, ingredients and origins. In the bartending role, this position is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner, following all laws and regulations regarding liquor service, preparing unique cocktails from scratch, stocking, and the preparation required for cocktail service.

This position is responsible for several functions including but not limited to producing high-quality specialty beverages, taking orders and operating point-of-sale software. Maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality, and providing an ‘over and above’ level of customer service in a prompt, friendly and professional manner is the top priority.
